3. Our management fee and service

Our management fee is a flat 15% of net booking revenue (the amount remaining after the booking platform's own service fee is deducted). There is no setup fee, no exit fee and no minimum fixed-term contract. The full terms of any management arrangement are set out in the separate written management agreement you sign before we begin. That agreement, not this website, governs the service we provide to you.

4. Earnings estimates

Any figures shown on this website, or provided to you on request, are directional estimates based on local market benchmarks and dynamic-pricing data. They are not a guarantee of income. Actual earnings depend on property condition, listing quality, seasonality, the accumulation of guest reviews and normal market fluctuation.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Kammili Properties Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free.
