Kammili Properties Ltd ("we", "us", "our") provides Airbnb and short-let management services across Manchester, Liverpool and the wider North West of England. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller.

2. The data we collect

When you submit an enquiry or request an earnings estimate, we collect the details you provide, which may include:

• Your property's postcode and address;
• Property details such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms;
• The content of any message you send us.

3. How we use your data and our lawful basis

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a property-specific earnings estimate, and provide our management services. Our lawful bases are:

• Consent: when you submit a form asking us to contact you;
• Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries and run our business, balanced against your rights;
• Contract: where we are providing management services under an agreement with you.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to provide our service, including with:

• Our website and form-handling provider (Netlify), which processes form submissions on our behalf;
• Trusted contractors (for example cleaners or maintenance providers) where required to service a property you have engaged us to manage;
• Authorities or professional advisers where we are legally required to do so.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and estimate data only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months unless you become a client, in which case we retain records for the duration of our engagement plus any period required by law (for example for tax and anti-money-laundering purposes).

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at krishnakammili@kammiliproperties.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

7. Cookies

We use no analytics cookies. Advertising cookies (the Meta Pixel) are set only if you accept them on the banner shown on your first visit; if you decline, nothing is loaded from Meta.
