Guest Vetting
We take steps to help ensure a smooth stay for everyone. This includes checking guest IDs, reviewing rental history, and looking out for any concerning patterns. For longer or high-value bookings, we may request additional details to give both hosts and guests extra peace of mind.
STEP 03
Booking Confirmation & Contract Management
After clearing the guest, we confirm the booking and send a rental agreement with house rules, deposit details, and check-in/check-out info. We collect security deposits, secure the booking, and send a personalised welcome message with property details, Wi-Fi info, and local tips before their arrival.

STEP 04
Ongoing Communication During Stay
We ensure smooth check-ins with clear directions and easy access (key code, lockbox, or in-person). During their stay, we’re available 24/7 to assist with any issues or requests. Post-stay, we gather feedback to ensure a great experience and improve future bookings.
STEP 05
Post-Stay Communication & Evaluation
After checkout, we thank the guest, request feedback, and conduct a detailed property inspection. If necessary, we document and manage security deposit claims. Finally, we leave a thoughtful review to help future hosts and guide the guest’s future stays.
