The property is deep cleaned, with kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas sanitised. Linens and towels are replaced, consumables restocked, and any damages or missing items are noted. Minor repairs are handled, while major issues are reported to the host with repair options.
STEP 02
Routine Quarterly Maintenance
Every three months, we conduct essential maintenance to keep your property in top shape. This includes appliance testing, plumbing and electrical checks, pest control, exterior upkeep, and safety equipment testing (smoke alarms, fire extinguishers).
STEP 03
Emergency Maintenance Handling
Minor problems, like clogged drains, are resolved immediately. For major issues, such as boiler breakdowns or leaks, you'll receive repair details and costs. We coordinate with trusted vendors for urgent repairs and provide full documentation, including photos and invoices.
STEP 04
Guest-Ready Preparation
After cleaning and maintenance, we perform a final inspection to ensure the property is guest-ready. We check cleanliness, functionality, arrange furniture, add fresh touches like flowers, and ensure all smart devices (Wi-Fi, smart locks) are working properly.
STEP 05
Communication & Reporting
You’ll get a monthly summary of cleaning, maintenance, and preventive measures of your property.
